Hey there, I’m Giada,
business coach and explorer of the wonders of the human brain.
I believe in personal well-being as a key for collective well-being, or as the WHO definition puts it:
Well-being encompasses quality of life, as well as the ability of people and societies to contribute to the world in accordance with a sense of meaning and purpose. Focusing on wellbeing supports the tracking of the equitable distribution of resources, overall thriving, and sustainability.
Through my work I strive to contribute to global well-being while supporting individuals.
My 1:1 coaching programs are for solopreneurs and freelancers who think "Yes, I love my work, but it's not all life has to offer!".
Areas of focus we can work on:
- Eliminating work overload
To reduce your stress and fatigue levels so that you can recover and maintain energy and feel good.
But also so that you can have the energy and time to work on your business and take it to the next level.
- Making room for time devoted to non-work activities
A time to spend on personal projects that nurture your creativity.
But also a time to have fun, relax, do things you love.
- Learning to enjoy your non-work time without feeling guilty
To get to know and overcome external conditioning that is not serving you well and to improve your inner dialogue so that once you reclaim this time, you can also enjoy it.
